Abstract

Rare diseases, though individually uncommon, collectively affect millions globally, presenting unique challenges in healthcare. This paper proposes a comprehensive framework for primary care practitioners, focusing on the diagnosis, management, and advocacy for rare disease patients. By synthesizing international strategies and local practices, this approach aims to enhance patient outcomes and support families effectively.JRCD 2024; 4(8): 163–165
